Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Parts Person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn.
Training is provided – Knowledge of parts or agricultural equipment might be a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and ordering the right parts for their agricultural equipment
- Maintain and organize inventory
- Process orders, invoices, and returns
- Work closely with service technicians and suppliers
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Diagnotics and repair to all dealership brands
- Maintenance of all dealership retail products
- Assembly of whole goods units
- Training as requested by dealership and manufacturer partners
Requirements:
- Journeyman certification in Ag tech, Heavy Duty or equivalent required- Minimum Class 5 License required
